long live the queen

I had a great post about bilingualism in letters, but it disappeared and now, after eight hours of digging up the archival dust and a few more of organisational stuff, I’m too pooped to rewrite it. maybe tomorrow.

And wouldn’t you like to be able to sign your name like the queen: first name R. yeah, I could get used to that too.

Random language tidbit to keep you thinking about bilingualism, which may come tomorrow: the past tense of ‘tweet’ (as in twitter) in french is ‘tweeté’. huh.
